Knowledge and understanding of Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000); PAIA, National Archives Act. Proficiency in electronic document management systems (EDMS) and relevant software. Knowledge of records management strategy and policy; paper-based records management; electronic records management systems; document management. Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service statutory frameworks. Financial Management and regulatory framework/guidelines, prescripts, the Public Service Act, the Public Service Regulations, Treasury Regulations, and the Public Finance Management Act.
