​Great North Transport, a leading passenger transport service provider in the Limpopo Province, invites applications from suitable qualified candidates for the following challenging position at Great North Transport.

​Position: Temporary Bus Drivers (33 x Positions)
​MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
​Grade 10
​Driver licence (Code EC and PDP)
​Five years hands on Bus driving experience
​JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
​Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
​Safe driving record
​Basic maths skills to calculate fares and collect payment.

​Active listening skills to carry instructions.
​DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
​The main responsibility is to get passenger’s to their destination safely and on time
​Conducting pre and post route inspections
​Following traffic laws and employer safety rules while driving.

​Following fares from passengers
​Assisting passengers who need help getting on and off the bus
​Remaining in communication with dispatcher throughout the shift.
