Ensure comprehensive client service in the store. Loading and merchandising of stock, shelf price labeling, and housekeeping within designated areas of responsibility

Requirements.

• Grade 12 or a minimum of 1 year of work-related experience
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the geographical area where the position is available and ability to perform basic calculations accurately
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be able to work under pressure

Customer Service.

• Accept all Clients and determine their needs
• Advise Customers correctly on product
• Help Clients with any product queries and with Client complaints timely
• Add on sales, e.g., paint vs. paintbrushes, thinners, etc and Ensure efficient Customer service by ensuring that Client purchases are loaded without any delays
• Ensure the customer’s purchases are loaded carefully without damaging the goods or the client’s vehicle, and advise clients on the additional services provided:
• Delivery service/bulk deposits
• Glass cutting, Plan reading and Credit programmes
• Special orders, Trusses and distant ordering
• VIC Customer Programme and Must be certified in Product Knowledge and Must be available in the aisle of responsibility
