About the Role
Fidelity Services Group is offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical experience in the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) department within the security industry.
You will support daily administrative tasks and assist with implementing and maintaining health and safety standards across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee wellness and organisational development initiatives
- Support the implementation of safety and health policies and procedures
- Maintain records of training, incidents, inspections, and audits
- Help investigate workplace accidents and incidents
- Coordinate safety training programmes
- Monitor and report SHE performance metrics
- Assist in emergency response planning and drills
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations (advantageous)
