About the Scheduling Agent Position
The Scheduling Agent will communicate with customers through telephone, email and face-to-face interactions regarding Fidelity SecureDrive products, services and vehicle installations.
The successful candidate will ensure that customer sales are scheduled and fitted within the prescribed timeframes while maintaining high service standards.
The role also involves working with customer service teams, technicians and technical teams to resolve fitment and scheduling issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Scheduling Agent, your duties will include:
Providing comprehensive service to customers making enquiries.
Assisting customers with Fidelity SecureDrive products and services.
Communicating with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face.
Investigating and resolving customer fitment and scheduling problems.
Working with technical teams in South Africa, India and Jamaica to resolve complex issues.
Providing customers with written and telephonic information regarding fitments.
Training customers remotely or onsite when required.
Setting up usernames and passwords for customers.
Assisting customers with system setup and training them on system features.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SecureDrive products and services.
Managing a high volume of incoming calls and emails.
Resolving customer complaints and disputes efficiently.
Ensuring customers are scheduled and fitted within applicable timeframes and SLAs.
Communicating with technicians to follow up on scheduled jobs.
Rescheduling jobs when customers are unavailable or request changes.
Assisting customers with de-registration/de-installation processes and scheduling.
Assisting with scheduling repairs for devices where required.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
Matric / Grade 12
A relevant qualification or degree will be advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literacy, including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience in telematics will be advantageous.
A good understanding of customer service management processes.
Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and how demand affects fitment schedules.
