This role focuses on real-time coordination of fuel/energy product deliveries. You will track vehicles, resolve delays, manage customer orders, and ensure on-time, in-full, and safe deliveries while working closely with transporters and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
Formal Education:
- Minimum: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Preferred: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent
Experience:
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Expediting, Customer Demand Fulfilment, or Logistics (especially in transport scheduling, tracking & tracing, or distribution)
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving and action planning
- Customer focus with high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and take accountability
- Good reporting and administrative skills
- Proficiency in SAP/APS systems (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities
- Track and trace delivery vehicles in real time
- Coordinate with 3rd party transporters, Distribution Controllers, and Contact Centre
- Monitor customer tank levels (ATG) to prevent issues like “Left on Board” (LOB)
- Proactively manage delays, arrange replacement trucks or re-routes
- Handle customer queries, complaints, cancellations, and non-deliveries
- Update systems (SAP, APS, Schedule Management Tool) accurately before shift end
- Ensure thorough shift handovers
- Contribute to continuous improvement, SOP updates, and root-cause analysis
