This role focuses on real-time coordination of fuel/energy product deliveries. You will track vehicles, resolve delays, manage customer orders, and ensure on-time, in-full, and safe deliveries while working closely with transporters and internal teams.

Minimum Requirements

Formal Education:

  • Minimum: Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Preferred: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent

Experience:

  • 3–5 years’ relevant experience in Expediting, Customer Demand Fulfilment, or Logistics (especially in transport scheduling, tracking & tracing, or distribution)

  • Update systems (SAP, APS, Schedule Management Tool) accurately before shift end
  • Ensure thorough shift handovers
