 Purpose

To enhance and assist with the daily operations of the RSA Retail Bonds Directorate by providing timeous and concise client service support.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:
    • Office Administration
    • Marketing

Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in:
    • Call Centre or related environment
  • Exposure to an office administration environment
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets

  • Ability to handle queries efficiently

 Key Responsibilities

 Client Service Support

  • Operate the RSA Retail Bond helpline
  • Attend to all client queries related to RSA Retail Bonds
  • Provide operational documents to clients
  • Process telephonic applications and roll-overs
  • Assist clients with online registration and applications

 Office Administration

  • Scan and manage incoming documents
  • Allocate requests to relevant back-office teams
  • Maintain accurate electronic records

 Marketing & Social Media

  • Respond to queries on social media platforms
  • Participate in expos and marketing events

 Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare and send:
    • Tax certificates
    • Interest statements
  • Update investors on their investment status
  • Reissue correspondence upon request
