 About the Company

Fidelity Services Group operates in the Security and Investigations industry and focuses on ethical business practices and developing human capital.

 Programme Purpose

This learnership aims to provide unemployed youth (18–35 years old) with:

• 24 months of workplace experience

• Practical exposure in a professional environment

• Skills development within the security services sector

Key duties will be determined once placement is confirmed.

 Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen

• Aged 18–35

• Matric Certificate

• Strong command of English

• Good administrative & organisational skills

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Willingness to follow instructions

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
