Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for its 2026 Internship, In-Service Training, and Learnership programmes. These programmes are designed to provide practical workplace experience and industry-relevant skills within one of South Africa’s leading beverage companies.
The programmes are FoodBev SETA-accredited and run for a fixed period of 12 months, giving successful candidates valuable exposure to real working environments.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be unemployed
- Have Grade 12 (Matric)
- Have Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (40% or higher)
- Have English and at least one other South African language
- Not have previously completed the same programme
- Meet employment equity requirements where applicable
