Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence + own reliable transport

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relations between Fidelity and Thungela Mine
• Ensure timely and correct posting of Security Officers according to the contract
• Supervise and manage on-site security staff (general management, discipline, motivation)
• Handle all HR queries, timesheets, and industrial relations issues
• Investigate incidents and submit accurate weekly/monthly reports
• Continuously evaluate service levels and recommend improvements
• Attend meetings with Fidelity management and the client
